How Students Are Evaluated
Interview panels include faculty members alongside an HR specialist. Each college uses a unified evaluation rubric covering four criteria:
Every participant receives an overall performance assessment, detailed feedback (strengths, areas to develop, and practical improvement recommendations), specific notes on their CV, and a final descriptive rating — so each student leaves with a clear roadmap for their professional development.
Program Outcomes
- Noticeable improvement in students’ communication and self-presentation skills.
- Greater self-confidence in real recruitment situations.
- Theory connected to practice in an environment that mirrors the job market.
- An analytical database of student career readiness that guides future support.
What's Next
- Expanded practical and applied training programs.
- Workshops strengthening digital and technology skills.
- Specialised training to improve workplace English.
- Wider student participation across all colleges.
