Esu acquires 100% of Midocean University shares. Midocean holds the Comorian Ministry of Education and Scientific Research License No. 964. ESU, now, is the operator and manager of all Midocean University programs and the academic partner who sponsors this entity, whose activities will be expanded in All the French-speaking countries in the world under the supervision and management of the Everyone’s Smart University.
