1. Overview
We strive to maintain clear and fair financial practices. This policy explains when and how tuition fees and related charges may qualify for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
• Refund requests are accepted only if submitted before the trimester start date, the start date is published over Midocean official website under the academic calendar.
• Once the trimester has started, refunds will no longer be granted under any circumstances.
3. How to Request a Refund
• All refund requests must be formally submitted through the SIS which acts as the main and official platform of the university. Each request must include the reason for the refund.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever feasible.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
• Certain fees, including administrative, event attending, and certificate print, may not be eligible for refund as these services are already costed the university some assets.
• Fees charged by third parties (such as payment gateways) are non-refundable.
6. Special Conditions
• No refunds will be considered after the start of the trimester.
• Any exceptional cases are subject to review and approval by management.
