The College of Management held the Master’s in Business Administration project presentations for the third trimester of 2025 and announced the winning research projects.

On Thursday, December 25, 2025, the College of Management hosted the graduation project discussion session for the Master’s in Business Administration program, attended by faculty members. The session featured a range of applied academic research studies addressing contemporary issues in management, digital transformation, marketing, quality management, and institutional performance development.

The discussions included research focused on improving operational efficiency in small and medium enterprises, the impact of social media marketing on consumer behavior, in addition to studies addressing organizational creativity and quality management systems in governmental, service, and aviation sectors.

The judging committee announced the results of the winning research projects. First place was awarded to researcher Bashaer Mohammed Bin Mahfooz for her study titled: The Impact of Digital Transformation on Enhancing Operation Management Efficiency in Small and Medium Enterprises: An Applied Study on the Service Sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Meanwhile, researcher Ghadeer Nasser Mandeely won second place for her study titled: The Impact of Social Media Marketing on Consumer Purchasing Behavior: A Study on Users of the Nana App, and third place was awarded to researcher Mohammed Nasser Alnbhani for his study titled: The Effect of Implementing Quality Management Systems on Operational Performance in the Aviation Sector: An Applied Study on the Aviation Industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Additionally, researcher Mohammed Ali Alajwad received fourth place for his study titled: The Impact of Applying Management Principles on Achieving Organizational Creativity: An Applied Study on Governmental Institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

These discussions reflect the College’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of scientific research, align postgraduate programs with practical applications and labor market needs, and contribute to preparing qualified administrative leaders capable of meeting institutional development requirements and supporting sustainable development.
